A reason to call.
The evidence to back it.

Researched packs document what was observed on a business's website. You get the finding, the check date and the evidence, so you can decide what to do next.

A finding is an observation, not a promise of interest, budget or buying intent. Read the product standards →

What is the difference between a directory and a pack?

A city directory lists businesses, categories and source-dated contact details. It does not claim a business problem. A researched problem pack adds a dated finding about each business and the evidence behind it. Neither is proof of budget, urgency, interest, or buyer intent.

Why are some directories smaller?

Some cities have fewer businesses that pass the checks. Those directories are smaller, never padded with unchecked rows, and priced in proportion. The city page shows the exact size, checks and limitations.

What do I receive after purchase?

A CSV of the edition and size you selected, plus its licence notice. You can open it in a spreadsheet and review the source details before deciding whether to contact a business. The product page explains the fields and permitted use.

What if a row or finding is wrong?

Report a material issue within 14 days of delivery. Where the row does not meet the published product standard, an approved replacement is supplied from the same product and city while replacement inventory remains.
