Clear terms for a research product.

1. The product

Fewertools Ltd operates FewerLeads, a non-exclusive, point-in-time prospect-list product using public business and website information. Each paid CSV contains the selected product, number of businesses, city, public contact routes, source links, verification evidence, and check dates. Findings document observable conditions. They do not establish consent, buyer intent, budget, urgency, or a guaranteed result.

2. Orders and delivery

Package, city, price, and currency are recalculated on the server. When automatic checkout is available, payment is not treated as complete until a signed event from the payment provider confirms it: Stripe for payments in pounds, Bachs for payments in naira. A naira payment made by bank transfer is refunded by bank transfer to the paying account, because that payment method cannot be reversed automatically. In reservation mode, we provide payment instructions separately and an owner records payment only after it has cleared. Paid rows are then copied into a fixed order snapshot and made available through a secure link that normally expires after seven days.

3. Internal use licence

The buyer or single legal entity identified in the order receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for its own lawful research and business development. The list may be imported into that entity's CRM and shared only with staff or contractors who need it for that internal use and are bound to keep it secure. It may not be resold, published through public posting, sublicensed, scraped, redistributed, made available as a free download, or used to operate a competing data product. Licence references, terms versions, export identifiers, and other traceability fields must not be removed or altered for the purpose of concealing unauthorised distribution.

4. Responsible outreach

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to contact a business. You must comply with applicable privacy, electronic marketing, telephone preference, consumer, and anti-spam rules, including the UK GDPR and PECR where relevant and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 where relevant. Public availability does not by itself create consent. Respect objections and suppression requests promptly. Follow the responsible-use guide before starting a campaign.

5. Accuracy standard

We use the published methodology and record a check date. Businesses can open, close, move, change contact details, or launch websites after that check. We do not guarantee replies, sales, exclusive access, or commercial results.

6. Replacements and refunds

The 14-day replacement guarantee applies to qualifying inaccurate records. Premium issues can include a main finding that cannot be reproduced or a wrong business match. We normally have the right to inspect the evidence and provide a same-product, same-city replacement before a refund is considered. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the owner can issue a full refund. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Immediate digital supply

When you submit the order form, you ask us to begin digital fulfilment immediately after payment. Where the law requires an acknowledgement that this may affect a cancellation right once supply begins, that acknowledgement is collected before the order continues. This does not remove rights relating to faulty digital content or rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Service limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fewertools Ltd is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or results from unlawful or inappropriate outreach. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Rights, history, and source licences

FewerLeads invests in selecting, checking, organising, and presenting its prospect research. To the extent permitted by law, the licence in section 3 applies to that proprietary verification, audit evidence, selection, organisation, and presentation. It does not claim ownership of individual public facts. Upstream source licences remain applicable to source material, including OpenStreetMap and Overture Maps terms identified in the delivered CSV and on the methodology page. Corrections and replacements change current delivery while immutable historical order evidence is retained for licence, dispute, and accounting records.

10. Changes and contact

The version accepted with an order applies to that order. Material changes will be dated here. Questions, complaints, and order issues can be submitted from the secure order page, the public contact form, or by email to clinton@fewertools.com.

11. City directories

A city directory is a separate product from a researched pack. It is a non-exclusive list of up to 200 businesses for one city, supplied as listed in dated open map data. Where a row says so, the business's own website was checked on the date in the file; no row is otherwise rechecked, and a directory makes no claim about a business problem, a reachable contact or buyer intent. Sections 3 and 9 do not restrict a directory: because part of each directory derives from OpenStreetMap, the file is supplied under the Open Database License 1.0, with data from the Overture Maps Foundation under its own permissive licences. You may use, copy and adapt a directory, including commercially. If you publicly share it, or a database built from it, keep the attribution notice supplied with the file and offer that database under the same licence. Your payment covers selection, categorisation, checks and delivery, not an exclusive right in the data. Within 14 days of purchase, tell us which rows have a dead number or a closed business and we will replace them from that city's private reserve while reserve rows remain. Section 4 on responsible outreach applies to directories in full.

12. Researched packs released by city

A researched pack released as a dated edition is a ranked list for one product and city in which every business has at least one dated finding. It is licensed under section 3 for internal business use and is not open data: it may not be resold or redistributed. The business details in it come from the Overture Maps Foundation under permissive licences and stay available from that source; the findings, checks, selection and ranking are ours. A pack of a given size is the highest-ranked rows of the edition and is non-exclusive, so other buyers may hold the same rows. A release is sold for 30 days from its checks and then closes. Each finding is a dated observation about a public web page and may have changed since its check date, which is on every row. The replacement and refund terms are on the refunds page.
