1. The product
Fewertools Ltd operates FewerLeads, a non-exclusive, point-in-time prospect-list product using public business information. Each paid CSV contains the selected number of businesses for one city, public contact routes, source links, verification evidence, and check dates. A finding that no matching standalone website was found is not a guarantee that no website exists anywhere.
2. Orders and delivery
Package, city, price, and currency are recalculated on the server. When automatic checkout is available, payment is not treated as complete until a signed Stripe event confirms it. In reservation mode, we provide payment instructions separately and an owner records payment only after it has cleared. Paid rows are then copied into a fixed order snapshot and made available through a secure link that normally expires after seven days.
3. Licence
You receive a limited licence to use the list inside your own business for lawful research and business development. You may import it into your CRM and share it with staff or contractors who need it for that purpose. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, scrape, or redistribute the list or operate a competing data product from it.
4. Responsible outreach
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to contact a business. You must comply with applicable privacy, electronic marketing, telephone preference, consumer, and anti-spam rules, including the UK GDPR and PECR where relevant and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 where relevant. Public availability does not by itself create consent. Respect objections and suppression requests promptly. Follow the responsible-use guide before starting a campaign.
5. Accuracy standard
We use the published methodology and record a check date. Businesses can open, close, move, change contact details, or launch websites after that check. We do not guarantee replies, sales, exclusive access, or commercial results.
6. Replacements and refunds
The 14-day replacement guarantee applies to qualifying inaccurate records. We normally have the right to inspect the evidence and provide a replacement or corrected file before a refund is considered. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Immediate digital supply
When you submit the order form, you ask us to begin digital fulfilment immediately after payment. Where the law requires an acknowledgement that this may affect a cancellation right once supply begins, that acknowledgement is collected before the order continues. This does not remove rights relating to faulty digital content or rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Service limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fewertools Ltd is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or results from unlawful or inappropriate outreach. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes and contact
The version accepted with an order applies to that order. Material changes will be dated here. Questions, complaints, and order issues can be submitted from the secure order page or the public contact form.
